Refund policy

At Sweet Peach Bakes, I take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality cakes and sweets. I understand that you may need to make changes or request returns, so please review my refund and cancellation policies below.

As a sole baker, I reserve the right to cancel (or reschedule where fit) any cake orders in writing in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the quality or safe preparation of your order. Whilst I always aim to fulfil every order as promised, there are rare occasions when unexpected illness or unforeseen circumstances arise, and in such cases, I will provide as much notice as possible.

If a cancellation is necessary on my behalf, customers will be issued a full refund or offered a credit note for a future order, based on their preferences. 

 

Online Store Cake Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before pick-up incur an 10% administration fee.

Cancellations within 72 hours of pick-up forfeit the full amount.

Changes within 72 hours are subject to availability and may incur additional design fees.

All changes and/or cancellations require written notice.

Custom Celebration & Wedding Cake Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable for all cancellations. 

Full payment is forfeited if cancelled within 7 days of pick-up or delivery.

Rescheduling requires written notice and is subject to availability.

I always aim for your complete satisfaction. Refunds for design or decoration dissatisfaction will not be honoured. If you are unhappy with cake quality; texture or flavour please contact me immediately and the cake will need to be returned for me to evaluate, in order to give any sort of refund/credit.

I am are unable to refund for a cake or product that has been consumed.
